Majid Al Futtaim’s (MAF) new project office in Dubai required a fresh approach to Interior Design. MAF built their own office tower for the purpose. The site spreads over 10 floors and is to be the premier project meeting facility for the client. There is a dedicated floor for public meetings, and a dedicated floor for training facilities. Culturally, the progression was to create a more open work environment, and thus fewer closed offices. This change was balanced with dedicated team meeting rooms on every floor, and open breakout areas.
